Our products are hand made to order in our studio and shipped from Cheshire, UK. We’re proud to use state of the art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers for our designs, resulting in a much higher quality product. We don’t use screen-printing, although a small number of our t-shirts and hoodies are vinyl transfers.

FIT: Seamless twin needle 3/4" collar. Taped neck and shoulders. Rolled forward shoulders for better fit. Twin needle sleeve and bottom hem. Quarter turned to eliminate centre crease. Eurofit - sleeker fit in shoulder and sleeve.

Congratulations on owning a piece of wearable art created using the latest and greatest DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology. We've added a touch of pre-treatment magic to ensure your design bonds perfectly, but don't be surprised if you spot a faint glimpse of this enchantment on your t-shirt. No worries – it's all part of the whimsy!


Pre-treatment Before walking out in your brand-new masterpiece, we recommend giving it a quick bath. A gentle wash is all it takes to wash off any lingering pre-treatment goodness.
Washing Your t-shirt is machine washable (30 degrees) and can be tumble dried (medium) but the print doesn’t like irons and bleach makes it crazy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.overinkers.co.uk Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship all our orders via Royal Mail using TRACKED48 service and you can choose from the following options: • Standard Delivery (up to 3 working days) - £3.90 • FREE UK standard delivery for all orders over £30

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking details once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

You can return an item for exchange or a refund. All we ask is that the item is in it's original unworn and unwashed state with any tags still attached. Trying on an item does not affect the item (so long as you do not stain the item with makeup or deodorant).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or was not as ordered) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your t-shirt/hoodie for a different size, send us an email at contact@overinkers.co.uk
