What t-shirts do you use to print on?

Whilst t-shirt quality is a subjective matter, we try wherever possible to stick with consistent brands and sizing. As a guide, t-shirts are sourced as follows:

Men’s – For the vast majority of our t-shirts we use 100% cotton* Gildan Soft Style t-shirts, but will use Gildan Heavy Cottons when these are unavailable, particularly in larger sizes.

*Ash grey, antique red, antique blue, antique green t-shirts tend to have a 10% acrylic/polyester, 90% cotton composition. Dark heather t-shirts are 65% polyester, 35% cotton.

What printing method do you use?

We’re proud to use state of the art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers for our designs, resulting in a much higher quality product. We don’t use screen-printing, although a small number of our t-shirts and hoodies are vinyl transfers.
